    • Casa Kestos is rented as a complete estate only: You will not share your vacation with strangers in the other houses
    • Base rates are for 1-8 people, including children
    • 30% deposit required, balance due 60 days before arrival
    • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
    • Rental rates do not include food, but do include potable water
    • No additional fees or taxes will be added to rental rates: Transportation or other costs facilitated by Casa Kestos will be separate transactions between guests and service providers
    • It is customary to leave a tip for the staff if you are satisfied with their service: The Welcome Packet for confirmed guests provides guidance on amount
    • Additional guests may be accommodated at Casa Kestos’s discretion for $40/night per person: Inquire for details
